My dearest readers, the perfect application for android and iphone has finally arrived. Fitness trainers, life coaches, nutritionists, and health authors from around the world, have joined forces to create an application that will help you in every aspect of your life.

You will notice that the fitness program is divided into three categories, beginners, intermediate and advance. There are only 10 exercises used in the entire program. To achieve maximum results in minimal time, I have incorporated only full body exercises, which means you are using all your muscles at the same time. You are working on your abs even when you don't think you are. You are doing cardio, even though you are not running. You are working on your butt muscles with every single exercise you perform.
There is a separate video for each exercise used in my fitness program. I will instruct you how to perform every move with a perfect form. Besides a new famous quote, myappmentor will give new workout every day for 28 days in a row. If you take a day off, myappmentor will take day off with you.
This program is highly effective, fun, and easy to follow. It is the perfect blend of workouts that will help burn ton of calories and build sexy muscle in the same time. No gym is necessary. You can do these workouts in the park, in your backyard, or your living room. There are only few exercising gadgets needed. You will need a jump rope, foam roller, bosu ball, dumbbells, and a box or chair. If you don't have a bosu ball, you can simply do the exercises on a low box. The cost of a jump rope is priceless, in my opinion, and everyone should have one. The cost of a foam roller is about $15 and is another extremely beneficial tool for exercising. In today's modern world society, our lives are spinning around too much food and too many excuses not to exercise: you work too much, so fast food is convenient and exercise is not; you go out and you must eat and drink; you are a busy mom and the kids are all you care about; you have a health issue and your doctor told you not to exercise; you are stressed out so "it's OK to eat"; you say and believe that you are happy the way you are! Are you really? Are any of these excuses really acceptable? I say no!
Let me tell you about my world now. I love socializing by playing sports and doing outdoor activities instead of going out to a restaurant and eating a fried appetizer followed by a double-sized plate of food, chased down with some vino and dessert. When I see a delicious looking pizza on TV, topped with 2 inches of fatty cheese, I mute the TV. When I am grocery shopping, my eyes only sees what I tell them to see. Going to the gym is a special time of the day for me. I am 100% devoted to strengthen and relieve my body from daily overstress. I wouldn't be able to do anything without my body and that's why it's so sacred to me. The bullet body rules are few and simple, just as nature intended. All you need is strong will power, persistence and dedication. The rest will follow. Your mind has all the power. So why don't you take an advantage of it and make your muscles faithful soldiers, ruled by your mind. No excuses.

1. START eating nutrients and STOP eating toxins! You can find a complete list of all the Bullet Body foods that contain essential nutrients on our six pack friendlies page. I consider toxins everything that was NOT produced organically. Food companies mislead the word "natural.” When you see “natural” on a food label, it means companies are still adding food preservatives or using genetically-modified organisms (GMOs).
I grew up in Europe where GMOs ARE NOT ALLOWED. Food is solely produced using nature's powers. The percentage of overweight people is miniscule. |
In fact, most people look fit without even working out, just because the quality of the food is much higher. I grew up eating anything I wanted, including sugar and bread. I ate lots of fruits, vegetables, milk, coffee, beans, and grains. I never had any health issues until I came to the US. My first year here, I gained ten pounds. The next year, I gained another ten. And that's when the health problems started. I developed severe allergies to fruits like kiwi, papaya, and pineapple. I had a bout with pancreatitis. I became lactose intolerant and had several instances of gastritis which resulted in an ulcer. That's when I realized, I need to step my game up and start making better decisions.
There are three basic principles I follow when I go grocery shopping:
2. Food vs. You. Who's winning? This rule applies to the kinds and amounts of food you eat daily. Did you know that one serving of meat is as little as a deck of cards? You might, but many people do not. And they eat two, three, or four times as much in a single meal. But meat is not even our biggest enemy. It's the sides that come with it. Fries, white rice, pasta, bread, and dressing, OH MY! And let's not forget about alcohol, soda and desserts.
So if you fry that chicken in oil, you double the calories, which are absolutely unnecessary. Processed and fried foods are the foods that we tend to overeat. They are loaded with sugar, salt, and preservatives that makes them taste so good. Believe it or not, it gets me too (sometimes). At times, my brain craves the bad stuff. But I have learned, if I don't taste "good stuff," I don't crave it. I haven't eat cheesecake (which is my #1) in over 3 years. I used to replace my meals with it. How crazy is that?
The best way to win the food battle is to replace the addictive processed foods with earthy, clean, nutrients that give your body fuel and energy. Food is meant to give us life not death. My utopia is a world without processed foods, obesity, and everybody walks around with six pack abs.
There are three basic principles I follow when I go grocery shopping:
- When buying processed foods, always look at the label.The most important part is the ingredients list, not the calories or fat content. If the list is too long or if you find words that you can't pronounce, dump it. It's not worth it. It is not real food and it will only put unneeded stress on your digestive system and your overall well-being.
- Absolutely no artificial sweeteners. They are the worst thing in the food industry. It's not sugar but it's 50 times sweeter than sugar. Have you ever asked yourself what an artificial sweetener actually is made of? Have you asked yourself what kind of effect they have on your body, specifically your nervous system? Plenty of research has been conducted on artificial sweeteners and the statistics aren't looking pretty. So my answer is, no thank you! I'll pass on to the chemicals that keep my brain craving for more and makes my stomach grumble. Sugar is your best bet in the ingredient list, which is sad to say.
- Buy foods that offer nutrients like protein, polyunsaturated fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The foods that contain only “empty” calories like soda, cakes, cookies, fast food and 1000 calorie, are completely nonexistent in my kitchen.

3. Everyone can find time exercise. There are no acceptable excuses not to exercise. We all have busy lives and there is no need to justify yourself to anyone but yourself. You will be the one toting around a weak, inefficient body, that will probably age faster than normal. In my dictionary, "I'm busy" means "I'm lazy." You need to start moving now. Challenge yourself to do a Bullet Body Workout everyday for at least 20 minutes. Push yourself, even if you are exhausted. Cry if needed. That first week is always the hardest. But once you get passed that week,the fun will come. You have now developed that new habit in life. It is time to build on it! Let's go!

4. Build muscle! Strong is the new sexy! Have you heard of that one ladies? Muscle screams youth, health and energy. Muscle symbolizes hard work, dedication and discipline. Muscle is strong and powerful. A muscular body will provide better posture and a more efficient kinetic chain. One pound of muscle burns 50 calories more a day than one pound of fat.
